The Home Economics department were delighted to be invited to Briscoe’s Electrical in Drogheda to attend a cookery demonstration with Catherine Fulvio. The students got to experience and taste authentic Italian cuisine first hand. Many thanks to Briscoe’s and Whirlpool for this amazing opportunity.
