Best Wishes to Our Young Scientists at the Young Scientist Exhibition 2026
We would like to extend our very best wishes to our Young Scientists, Aarathya Thirupathi, Farah Khaliq Rehman and Jessica McEvoy and Aoife Bolger, who are representing our school at the Young Scientist Exhibition, taking place today and running until Saturday. This is a wonderful achievement, with our students competing among the top 550 projects from across the country. Reaching this stage reflects their curiosity, creativity, dedication to research, and the many hours of hard work they have invested. They have shown excellent scientific thinking and innovation, and we are thrilled to see their efforts recognised on a national stage.
Our students’ project titles are:
Spice Power: Uncovering the Antioxidant Champion in Your Kitchen by Aarathya Thirupathi.
Stand number: 4401
Can Plants Outshine Antibiotics? by Farah Khaliq Rehman.
Stand number: 4100
Digital Puberty: Investigating How Social Media Shapes Maturity in Irish Female Teenagers Compared to Older Female Generations by Jessica McEvoy and Aoife Bolger.
Stand number: 3544
We wish them every success as they present their work to judges, fellow students, and members of the wider scientific community.
