My Girls Gynae
Loreto Balbriggan is very proud to have pioneered a new program My Girls Gynae workshops to eight first year groups this week. Thank you to Geraldine Connolly (Consultant Gynaecologist) and Paula Herbert (Senior Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Practitioner) who delivered a comprehensive workshop helping students feel empowered as they navigate the pathway to young womanhood. We would also like to thank the first years for being so welcoming and engaging with the workshop. Students walked away a little wiser and a little calmer due to the sound baths used for relaxation at the end of the session.
