Sixth Year Graduation

The Final Farewell

This week marked the final week in Loreto Balbriggan for our 6th years. The fun started on Monday when the girls brought their books to school in ‘anything but a bag ‘ Tuesday saw  with the students coming to school in fancy dress. Dinosaurs, Rappers, Sharks, Lifeguards and many more wonderful creations graced the hallways as everyone joined in the fun. In the evening the students along with their parents and guardians attended the graduation ceremony. This year’s theme was ‘Give It All You Have’ Many thanks to Fr McNamara who celebrated Mass and to the Parents’Association who hosted the refreshments afterwards. A special thanks to the Religion Department who organised a wonderful celebration. Each student should be very proud of themselves and of what they have achieved. They have been leaders, role models and amazing ambassadors for the school. Above all, the resilience that each student has shown over the two years has been truly commendable. The school will certainly not be the same without them and we wish them well as they embark on a new and exciting chapter in their lives.
