Junk Kouture.

On Thursday our creative TY Art students were filming their performances for the International Junk Kouture Competition. The students have designed and made their elaborate costumes out of recycled materials. Keep an eye on these designers, their skills, innovation and style will soon be lighting up the catwalks!

Business Enterprise

Many thanks to guest speaker Corinna Tolan, from Monica Tolan Beauty who recently visited the school to judge our mini-company competition. Over 60 mini-companies from 1st, 2nd and TY were promoting their new business ideas. Innovation, creativity and teamwork were very evident in all the companies.  Well done to all the winning mini-companies on the day. They will now all go on to represent Loreto Balbriggan at the Fingal Enterprise Awards and the Foroige competition.
