Transition year students received their Junior Certificate results in the school this Friday. The results were excellent overall with some exceptional grades. We are proud of each and every student who achieved her personal best.
We are all very aware that Friday was an international day of Action against Climate Change. Loreto Balbriggan passionately supports the message delivered by the thousands of students who chose to march.
On Tuesday we celebrated our Opening Year Mass. Thanks to Fr Dónal Toal who was the celebrant. The theme of the mass was ‘The future in our hands’. Education is important in guiding us to be the best that we can be.
The information evening for new incoming First Years will be held on Monday 9th of September. The meeting itself starts at 7.30pm, however students are invited along with their parents for a tour of the school.
We would like to welcome staff and students back to Loreto Balbriggan. There is a great energy around the school as students begin the new academic year. We look forward to a year full of achievement, success and above all joy.
