Today Loreto Balbriggan hosted round 1 of the Volleyball Ireland Schools National Competition for U16 girls. The three other schools who competed today were Holy Faith Glasnevin, Mount Carmel and Colaiste Brid. Loreto Balbriggan beat Holy Faith Glasnevin and Mount Carmel in straight sets and will now progress on to Round 2 in November.
